Premiata Salumeria Giusti was officially opened in 1605, but historical documents date the first family activities back in 1598 bestowing it with the deserved the title of Europe’s oldest Gastronomy shop. In 1980 the “shop boy” Adriano Morand took over the business and the Morandi Family has been in charge ever since.
With the best of Enogastronomy from Emilian producer sas well as our “Bel Paese”, Giusti showcases the finest delicacies in this magic place.
There is a tiny hosteria in the back of the shop which must be reserved in advance. There are five tables serving traditional Emilian recipes under the great cure of Laura Mordani.
